Who Said It: Pooh or Proust?

The stories of Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends from the Hundred Acre Wood are based on stuffed animals that writer A.A. Milne gave his son, Christopher Robin Milne in the 1920s. One hundred years have passed since Milne gifted Christopher the toys that would change their lives. In that time, Winnie-the-Pooh has gone from a toy to a full-fledged literary icon known for imparting simple wisdom to all. Pooh’s wisdom is so prolific that we bet you can’t distinguish his words from those of another literary heavyweight: Marcel Proust.
