5 Muhammad Ali Movies to Remember the Legend

Muhammad Ali will be remembered as one of the most glorious heavyweight boxers and one of the most influential men in American history. A huge talent in the ring, Ali won fifty-six of sixty-one fights in a career spanning over two decades. An expansive personality, he was known as much for his convictions as his athletic acumen, particularly for his articulation of racial disparities in the United States and his refusal to be inducted into the military during the Vietnam War when he said, "My conscience won't let me go shoot my brother, or some darker people, some poor, hungry people in the mud, for big powerful America, and shoot them for what?" Today, as we remember the legend, we recommend watching the following films which capture Muhammad Ali in all his grace and strength.

The Greatest !!!!!

I loved him. He was bigger than boxing, of course. In my opinion the most famous man that probably ever lived for many reasons. I was 18 when I went with my Dad to see the closed circuit fight of Ali vs. Holmes at the great Nassau Coliseum. Although I was disappointed with the outcome, I was still with him. He had nothing left to prove.
