Greetings from Muhlenberg
Hello. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and briefly mention what I will be posting on this blog. My name is Emma, I'm a part-time clerk at the Muhlenberg Branch currently earning my Master's in library and information science at Pratt Institute.
Muhlenberg is one of NYPL's older library buildings, so be sure to drop by if you want to see a piece of New York's history. Between now and April 10 you can drop by the branch on Fridays between 10:30am and 2:30pm for free tax help (Several other branches are also providing similar services). Also if you want some book recommendations we have a spiffy new staff picks display.
I'll be posting book reviews, recommendations, and some reading lists on here which will hopefully be of interest and use.
