Get a Library Card!

Although many of our resources are available to everyone online, some of them require you to have a library card to access them. If you don't already have one, you can get one for free online through the Library's free e-reader app, SimplyE. This will also give you access to hundreds of thousands of e-books and audiobooks.

Need a Book?

Since July 13, the Library has been offering grab-and-go service at select branch locations across the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island. Place holds on books and other library materials online, await our signal, then head to your nearest grab-and-go branch for pickup! Just don't forget your mask.
