Learn the basics of SEC filings, the financial reports that public companies are legally obligated to provide to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and by extension, the public. Also learn how to use EDGAR (the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system) to find public filings on the SEC's website.
