In celebration of Women's History Month, violin duo Miolina performs their program "New York Sounds," featuring the works of many New York composers.
Miolina (Mioi Takeda & Lynn Bechtold, violins) will also be joined by guest artist, violinist Funda Cizmecioglu.
They will perform works by Dorothée Eberhardt, Meghan Ford, Wendy Griffiths, Jessie Montgomery, Shruthi Rajasekar, Naamia Rivera, & Rain Worthington. Join us for a fun afternoon concert that highlights the music of now.
This concert is supported by the Music Performance Trust Fund and Miolina's 2024-25 season is made possible by NYSCA, with the support of Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature.
