Join an archivist from the Manuscripts and Archives division for an introduction to archival research at The New York Public Library. This 60-minute virtual class will help researchers learn more about searching and accessing the Library’s archival collections. After completing this course, participants will be able to navigate the Library’s collection guides, identify relevant archival collections, formulate research questions, and gain a better understanding of how primary sources fit into the research process. Participants will also learn how to request archival material via NYPL’s Special Collections Account.
