Immigrant Writing Workshop

Sessions are led by Isaiah Stavchansky

Free writing classes to inspire immigrants to tell their own immigrant stories. The workshops involve reading, responding to short immigrant narratives, and writing exercises led by experienced teachers.

Classes are conducted in English and will meet weekly for three consecutive weeks.

ISAIAH STAVCHANSKY

Isaiah Stavchansky is a playwright, actor, and editor. His work has been developed with The Workshop Theater, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Atlantic Theater Company, The Mount, The Tank, Bluebird Theater Company, NYFA, and Mark O'Donnell Theater. He has performed at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Chautauqua Theater Company, and Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, among others. He is a graduate of Kenyon College and the Atlantic Acting School Conservatory.
