About the Presenter:
Christine Duque
Christine Duque is the Co-Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Alonsera, a minority and women-owned customer experience consultancy that delivers strategic, creative, and technology services to growth-focused companies. As an expert in data-driven, AI-enabled customer experiences, she has successfully advised Fortune 50, 100, and 500 companies, as well as middle-market businesses. Christine’s impressive background includes significant roles at Accenture, Deloitte, and IBM, where she fostered collaborations to innovate products that enhance customer engagement and loyalty. With over 15 years in the Salesforce Partner ecosystem, she has actively contributed to Partner and Product Advisory Boards, providing insights on Data and Marketing Cloud initiatives.
A passionate advocate for women, diversity, and inclusion in technology, Christine founded DuquesaCD to promote these discussions through award-winning media content. She is also an accomplished author and speaker, noted for her Amazon Best-Selling book “Walking in My Shoes: Shattering Glass Ceilings in Corporate America,” and her podcast "Shattering Glass in Heels." Beyond her professional achievements, she engages in philanthropy, collaborating with academic institutions like Oxford University and UC Irvine. Her dedication to leadership and impact has earned her recognition as a finalist for the 2023 L.A. Times B2B Publishing Inspirational Women Leadership Award. Christine holds a degree in Vocal Performance from Oberlin College and is a talented actress and operatic soprano, with a performance debut at Carnegie Hall.
