Event Details

Through November 2025

The High Line, in collaboration with Andrew Heiskell Braille and Talking Book Library, and  celebrated artist Kaela Mei-Chee Chambers, have partnered together with library patrons to explore meaning and create tactile sculpture and other artworks. This collaboration has culminated in an installation and display of artworks inspired by her experience with a loved one’s aphasia, including artwork created by patrons during our High Line Art Off-Line series over the Summer. This series of printed and tactile art pieces will be displayed at Andrew Heiskell from November 14, 2024 through November 14, 2025, and an audio tour of the installation is available through The High Line on Bloomberg Connects, and coming to BARD soon.
