Join the YA staff at Hunts Point every Tuesday for our art & crafts program. To celebrate Black History Month, on Tuesday February 25th we will be making collages inspired by one of Audre Lorde's poems.

Audre Lorde [1934-1992] was a writer, professor, philosopher, intersectional feminist, poet, civil rights activist, and librarian. She was a self-described "Black, lesbian, feminist, socialist, mother, warrior, poet" who dedicated her life and talents to confronting different forms of injustice.
