Chavon Rhabb is the President and CEO of VonRa Tech, a recruitment firm specializing in technical recruitment and performance management consulting. The company’s mission is to enhance diversity and inclusivity in the tech space, fostering a better future for all. Chavon has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies, sourcing top talent globally for IT, creative, and administrative roles. She has spearheaded initiatives to promote workplace inclusivity, increasing the representation of women in executive leadership, BIPOC individuals in various roles, and fostering a sense of belonging for all employees.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Chavon is passionate about mentoring youth on professional and life skills, supporting her church ministry, and singing.
