Event Details
This event will take place in person at George Bruce Library. Do you want to learn more about the computer? Library staff is available to provide one-on-one instruction on the following topics:
- Learn to type and use a mouse
- Internet for Beginners
- Email for Beginners
- Windows 7 Basics
- Microsoft Word 2010 for Beginners
- Connecting Devices to the Computer
- Downloading NYPL e-Books
- Getting the most out of the NYPL catalog
Please note: this program is first come, first served, and we are only able to accomodate two students. The first patron of the day to check in at the first floor circulation desk is entitled to the 12:15-1:00 p.m. appointment, the second to the 1:15-2:00 p.m. appointment.
