This event will take place in-person at the Dongan Hills library.
Join us at the Dongan Hills branch to put your creative skills to use. We'll be making beautiful masks for New Year's Eve!! Whether you're attending a fancy Masquerade Ball or planning a lower key celebration, your own of kind mask is sure to have you feeling festive. No need to register, just come on in. All skill levels are welcome!
