Event Details

This event will take place in person at the Mosholu Library.  Join the crowd of adult coloring fans and find out why adults are going back to coloring.  We can chat about current events, hobbies, movies, and books while we color.

New York Public Library is partnering with People’s Money - which is New York City’s Citywide Participatory Budgeting process. All New Yorkers age 11 and older regardless of immigration status get to decide how to spend millions of the city’s expense budget on projects in their borough. All projects were submitted by residents.

Now people get to vote on which projects to fund! To be eligible to vote an individual must be at least 11 years old and live in New York City. People can only vote once, and they will be voting on the ballot for the borough they live in.

If you would like to vote on a project that will take place within your local community, please speak with the Library staff member at the end of the program. Please make sure to enter the NYPL referral code which is  NYPL . Voting ends June 12.
