Carolina Rodriguez and Nancy Nierman from the Community Service Society of New York’s Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program (EDCAP) discuss the key changes to repayment and forgiveness programs that have been recently implemented or will go into effect soon.

About the presenters:

Carolina Rodriguez works at the Community Service Society of New York (CSSNY). She is the director of the Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program (EDCAP), a program that helps New Yorkers manage their student loan debt.
 

Nancy Nierman is Assistant Director of EDCAP and works closely with Carolina. She has vast experience helping student loan borrowers. Prior to this position, Nancy worked in the financial services industry as an analyst and portfolio manager for mid and large sized asset management companies.
