Constitution Day and Citizenship Day is observed each year on September 17 to commemorate the signing of the Constitution on September 17, 1787, and to “recognize all who, by coming of age or by naturalization, have become citizens.”

Dawn Collins (Zimmerer) has always wanted to be a librarian. After a long career in retail, finally she gained the confidence follow her dream and went back to school to get her master’s degree in Library Science. Today, she’s a librarian at the West Farms branch and has never loved her job more.
