All American Boys: The Real Best YA Book of 2015

We've seen a surge of YA on difficult topics in recent years, such as depression or gender identity or even coping with school shootings. One that definitely stood out for me was All American Boys by Jason Reynolds and Brendon Kiely.

October 21 was a great day for the Bronx. Why, you might ask? Because debut author Adam Silvera got the opportunity to speak to teens from his neck of the boroughs since the release of More Happy Than Not.
