The New York Public Library will support New York City’s initiative to get at-home COVID-19 tests in the hands of New Yorkers.
The City’s Test & Trace Corps will supply a limited number of at-home tests per branch to 10 NYPL locations, which will be distributed to the public Monday–Friday, 12–4 PM beginning February 14. Tests are limited to one per individual on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. Updates on test availability can be found here.

Our partners in Brooklyn Public Library and Queens Public Library are also participating. See here for more information.
As trusted community spaces, public libraries have supported the City’s efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 throughout the pandemic. In addition to this initiative, select locations are also now offering vaccines for children ages 5–11. Learn more.
