NYPL and City Partner to Host Mobile Community Vaccine Clinics at Local Branches

In support of New York City’s vaccination efforts and to provide New Yorkers with direct access to the COVID-19 vaccine, The New York Public Library has partnered with the City to host mobile vaccination clinics outside select local branches. 
 
The vaccination sites—which will be stationed in high needs communities outside or nearby neighborhood libraries in the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island—will offer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to the public. No appointments are necessary and walk-ins are welcome. Clinic staff will administer the vaccine and provide assistance in setting up an appointment at another city location for the second dose. 

Vaccination Vans, operated by New York City Test & Trace Corps, are scheduled to visit branches from 8 AM to 6 PM and can administer up to 80 vaccines each day. They will be available at the following locations: 

Bronx

Bronx Library Center: June 9 – June 12, 8 AM – 6 PM
Allerton Library: June 14 – June 18, 8 AM – 6 PM
Francis Martin Library: June 21 – June 26, 8 AM – 6 PM
Soundview Library: June 21 – June 26, 8 AM – 6 PM
Edenwald Library: June 30 - July 2, 8 AM – 6 PM

Manhattan

Harlem Library: June 9 – June 12, 8 AM – 6 PM
Seward Park Library: June 14 – June 18, 8 AM – 6 PM

Staten Island

Stapleton Library: June 9 - June 12, 8 AM - 6 PM
New Dorp Library: June 16 - June 18, 8 AM - 6 PM
St. George Library Center: June 21 - June 26, 8 AM - 6 PM
