Digital Exhibition: Nina Reiniger 'An Intimate Portrait of Nature'
Through the years the St. Agnes Library has featured many local artist’s exhibitions. It has become something our patrons look forward to seeing with each visit. With our temporary closure due to COVID-19, we want to share artists' work so that everyone can experience some beauty in their life.
This week we are happy to exhibit the work of Nina Reiniger.
From Nina:
These photos provide an intimate glimpse at the vibrant life around us, a place where we can find solace, beauty and wonder. Nina Reiniger is an amateur photographer, nature lover and has a Ph.D. in medical science. She loves telling the stories of these intimate encounters with the natural world through photography. Formerly a resident of the Upper West Side, Nina now lives with her family in Chicago, IL, where she is studying to become a school librarian. She hopes to engage her students in storytelling narratives of all kinds and share her love of learning and exploration.
