Horizon: Barry Lopez with Alberto Manguel
The National Book Award-winning author and traveler Barry Lopez sits down with Alberto Manguel to discuss his latest book Horizon, where Lopez recounts his adventures traveling to places including the Galápagos, the Kenyan desert, and the ice shelves of Antarctica. He will share the many experiences he had, what he learned from the people he met, and what his encounters can tell us about humanity and ourselves.

Darnell Moore's No Ashes in the Fire: Author Talkback with Imara Jones
As a fourteen-year-old child, Darnell Moore was jumped by three neighborhood boys who attempted to set him on fire because of his sexual orientation. Three decades later, Moore has transformed this and many other life experiences to fuel his purpose as a leader in the Movement for Black Lives and advocate for justice and liberation. He will discuss the growth into these position with LGBTQ activist Imara Jones, as told in his book No Ashes in the Fire.

After the sudden death of her father, Erin Lee Carr used the lifetime of correspondence they had shared to comfort her and help cope with her loss. This led to the creation of her memoir All That you Leave Behind, where Carr shares with readers the advice her father was extending to those who came up under his care. Joining her will be author and one of her father's mentees Ta-Nehisi Coates to discuss the extraordinary legacy of David Carr.
