YA Authors take on #DCcomics #NationalSuperheroDay
As a huge fan of Wonder Woman and Catwoman, I'm excited to share that YA authors Sarah J. Maas, Leigh Bardugo, Marie Lu, and Matt de la Peña take on #DCcomics #NationalSuperheroDay.
Bestselling author Sarah J. Maas will write a YA novel based on Catwoman, which will be published in August 2017. Mass is the author of The Thrones of Glass series. The Throne of Glass is a Cinderella inspired retelling with a darker twist. In this tale, our heroine is Celaena Sardothien an assassin who has been imprisoned for her previous crimes. Celaena has been training to become an assassin from a young age, and she is the best. After being betrayed Celaena is captured imprisoned for her crimes and sent to work in a salt mine. Prince Dorian offers her a path to freedom by competing in a tournament at the palace.
