AppVice: Need an iOS7 Calendar App Replacement?
So, Apple just came out with their new operating system, iOS7. However, if you downloaded iOS7 and took a look at the calendar app, you might be missing the agenda-style list view. If you're anything like me, that agenda-style list feature was your life! Now the only way to see it is by clicking the search button. Even then, it still isn't doing that much for you since you can't create a new event from that view.
This is where Agenda Calendar 4 by Savvy Apps, LLC comes in. This calendar app provides you with the agenda-style list view and more. You can see a full month calendar view with a split screen of the details for that day, just like the old iOS calendar but with a sleeker look. They even allow you to see a six-month view just by swiping from the left, and a full list view by swiping from the right. The great thing is you can add an event from any view you are in. For event creation you can even select several modes such as agenda mini, agenda expanded or even the old iOS event creation look. A nice bonus about this app is all addresses and phone numbers are tap-able links to either make a call or pull up a map—however, you can actually select from Apple maps, Google Maps or the Waze map. Another tiny but very helpful feature is the App Icon Badge. This lets you see the day's date, sort of how the Apple calendar displays the day's date as the cover of app. I absolutely love this app, and I bet you will too.
Price: $1.99 on iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch
