An original member of the seminal music group the Band, songwriter and guitarist Robbie Robertson helped shape American music and culture profoundly. On the fortieth anniversary of the Band’s legendary The Last Waltz concert, Robertson comes to LIVE to celebrate the release of his memoir, Testimony, reflecting on the group, his own journey, and much more. He is joined by E Street Band's Stevie Van Zandt  to discuss the history of rock and the way it shapes their lives.

ROBBIE ROBERTSON was the guitarist and principal songwriter in The Band. He has produced many movie soundtracks for Martin Scorsese and others, and continues to record as a solo artist. His most recent record is the critically acclaimed How to Become Clairvoyant

STEVIE VAN ZANDT is a founding member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band, and went on to become a successful artist in his own right, recording and performing solo with his band Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul. He is a musician, songwriter, actor, activist, historian, Chairman of Renegade Nation , and a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
