Sign up for NYPL Connect today and get the latest updates on Library resources available to you during our temporary closure sent straight to your inbox.

Our temporary closure may have suspended storytimes and other programs in our branches for now, but there are still lots of ways for readers of all ages to engage with the Library online.

For adult readers, we’re pleased to announce a new virtual book club in partnership with WNYC’s weekday arts and culture show All of It. Presented as part of “Get Lit,” the first edition of this monthly book club series will culminate in a live stream conversation and Q&A with the author. Read on to find out all the ways you can participate—including how to check out the e-book from the Library.

For parents and children, starting today, we’re also welcoming back storytime—digitally! Our children’s librarians will be providing storytimes that families can access anytime, with new videos posted every weekday morning at 10 AM. These programs will feature engaging read alouds, songs, and early literacy tips. We invite you to follow along at home. No matter your age, the Library has something for everyone.
